Fax via Bluetooth. This is fricking awesome.: I just faxed an important document using nothing but my scanner, my Mac, and my cellphone! Apparently Mac OS X has support for using Bluetooth cell phones with fax functionality as printer devices. It’s actually very easy. Just add your cellphone as a fax device and click “File › Print” from any application. If you’re wondering, I have an LG VX8700 on the Verizon network, which isn’t the world’s fanciest phone or anything. (Actually, I’m curious if iPhone + AT&T support this. Anyone?) It took about 5 minutes a page to send full-page greyscale scans.
